Your notes, in your pocket.
The iPhone app is on the way, with every meeting and memo, the to-dos with their reminders, and Ask. Record a memo on the move and read it back on your Mac.
On the web, Mac and Windows, VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it's due.

Anything else, write to hello@trepil.com. A person reads every email.
Does it work with Zoom, Meet and Teams?
Yes, and with anything else that makes sound on your computer. trepil records the audio your Mac is playing, plus your microphone, instead of joining the call as a participant. There is no bot in the attendee list and nothing to invite. It works the same for a phone call through your computer, a FaceTime, or a meeting in the room with you.
Do the other people know they are being recorded?
Nothing joins the call, so trepil never announces itself; you mention it in your own words. Most people say "I take notes with trepil, is that OK?" as the call starts, and the other person is usually glad someone is. Rules on recording differ by country and by state, and some ask for everyone's agreement, so that one line keeps everyone comfortable and on the right side of them.
What does the checklist look like?
Every meeting note ends with two short lists: what was decided, and who does what. Each to-do has an owner and, when someone said one, a date. Tick them off in trepil on any device, or ask "What's still open for me?" across every meeting.
How does it know who was speaking?
Your own lines are never in doubt, because trepil knows which side of the call you are on. For everyone else it tells the voices apart and matches them to names from the calendar invite or from what was said. Correct a name once and it remembers that voice.
Which devices does it run on?
Today, the Mac (Apple Silicon, M1 or later) and any modern browser, with your notes in step between them. The Mac app records calls; the web app records voice memos and does everything else with your notes. Windows and iPhone apps are on the way.
Does it connect to my calendar?
Yes, Apple Calendar on the Mac today, with Google Calendar and Outlook on the way. A meeting takes its event's title and the names of the people invited, the Mac app reminds you before it starts, and a brief is ready with who is coming and what you last discussed.
Can I share or export a note?
Share a note as a link that you can update or turn off at any time, or export it as Markdown, PDF or Word. Settings can download every note you have in one zip. If you delete your account, your notes and recordings go with it.
Can my team use it?
Yes. In a team workspace you share folders with colleagues, send a meeting's notes to everyone who was there, and give to-dos to teammates. You pay only for the people who record meetings, at the same price as trepil Pro, and everyone you share with reads for free. Notes start private, and admins set how long they are kept.
Do you keep my recordings?
Not a meeting's. Its audio is uploaded so it can be transcribed, then deleted for good as soon as the meeting is written up. A voice memo's recording is kept for 30 days so you can play it back, and in Settings you can have it deleted as soon as its note is written, or kept for as long as you keep the memo. The note and its transcript stay either way.
What does it cost?
There is one plan, trepil Pro: $14 a month, or $120 a year (that is $10 a month). The yearly plan starts with a 14 day free trial. If a plan ends, you have 30 days to read and export your notes; after that they're hidden until you start a plan again, and nothing is deleted.
Your next meeting could end in done.
Download trepil for Mac, or open it in your browser. Your next call is written up the moment it ends.
