A standup isn't a customer call. Pick a template before the call, or change it after and the note is written again in that shape. Each one keeps what people said they would do.

Your own lines are never in doubt, because trepil knows which side of the call you are on. Everyone else gets a name from the invite, or from what was said.

Two crash reports are left from the iPhone build.
Both are in the recorder, I can fix them this week.
Then we ship Windows on the 28th and hold iPhone a week.
I can take the release note if Sam is busy.

trepil records the sound, not the platform: Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack huddles, FaceTime, or a phone call through your computer.
Upload it in the web or desktop app and it is written up like any other meeting, transcript and checklist included.
Anything else, write to hello@trepil.com. A person reads every email.
Yes, and with anything else that makes sound on your computer. trepil records the audio your Mac is playing, plus your microphone, instead of joining the call as a participant. There is no bot in the attendee list and nothing to invite. It works the same for a phone call through your computer, a FaceTime, or a meeting in the room with you.
Nothing joins the call, so trepil never announces itself; you mention it in your own words. Most people say "I take notes with trepil, is that OK?" as the call starts, and the other person is usually glad someone is. Rules on recording differ by country and by state, and some ask for everyone's agreement, so that one line keeps everyone comfortable and on the right side of them.
Your own lines are never in doubt, because trepil knows which side of the call you are on. For everyone else it tells the voices apart and matches them to names from the calendar invite or from what was said. Correct a name once and it remembers that voice.
The Mac app reminds you before a meeting on your calendar, with Take notes and Join and take notes on the reminder. When a call app starts using your microphone it offers to record. And when the call ends, or the room has been quiet for 15 minutes, it stops on its own after a 10 second countdown you can cancel. It never stops on its own in the first 3 minutes.
Up to 4 hours. A longer recording is kept, and its first 4 hours are transcribed and written up.
Yes. Import an audio file and it is written up like any other note, with the transcript, the decisions and who does what. Files can be up to 40 minutes each.
Every meeting note ends with two short lists: what was decided, and who does what. Each to-do has an owner and, when someone said one, a date. Tick them off in trepil on any device, or ask "What's still open for me?" across every meeting.

Download trepil for Mac, or open it in your browser. Your next call is written up the moment it ends.
