Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with the yearly plan, with everything in it. We email you a week before the trial ends, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing. The monthly plan is paid from the first day.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of what you paid for. For 30 days after that your notes stay readable, searchable and exportable, and your share links keep working, but nothing new is recorded or written up. Then your notes, meetings and Ask chats are hidden and share links stop opening. Nothing is deleted: start a plan again and it all comes back. We email you a week and a day before.
Do I pay per seat?
Only for the people who record meetings. Each of them takes a seat, at $14 a month or $120 a year, and everyone you share notes with reads them free. A seat you add is charged straight away for the rest of your billing period.
Are there limits?
Meetings can be up to 4 hours each. Voice memos can be up to 80 minutes each, and up to 4 hours a day. Meetings and questions to Ask are not counted.
